Unless otherwise advised, all orders are normally completed within seven to ten days. If you are unhappy with your new reeds I am happy to replace them with something more suitable, providing they are returned within seven days. Postage and packaging £1.50. A discount of 5% is applied to orders of 10 or more oboe reeds.
